What This Page Is
You are reading a static page, not an account. Nothing on this site can check your age, switch on a spending limit, pause your play or exclude you from anything, because there is no login, no form and no server-side system behind these pages capable of doing that. Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are things you set up inside an account at an operator's own site, once you have followed a link there. They live at the destination, not here.
Where Help Is Linked
Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gambleaware.nsw.gov.au, gamblinghelponline.org.au and responsiblegambling.vic.gov.au. These are the only outbound links on the whole site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links elsewhere on the page, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisation's own site. This site receives nothing when a reader follows one of them.
Age and Eligibility
The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this build, on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Nobody's age is checked here: no gambling takes place on this site, and any age check happens only at the destination once you follow a link. Each of the ten operator listings ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Once you leave this site through an operator link, the destination's rules, checks and account controls apply — not anything published on this page.
Deciding Before You Start
Set the amount you are willing to spend before you begin, and treat it as already spent the moment you commit to it. Deciding in advance removes the pressure of deciding in the moment, when a run of losses or wins makes judgment less reliable. Never chase a loss: trying to win back money already lost usually means staking more to recover a smaller amount, which increases the size of the loss rather than reversing it. Keep gambling separate from borrowed money, since a loss on borrowed funds becomes a debt on top of the loss itself. Take breaks during play rather than only after it, because a short pause is what gives you the chance to notice whether you are still deciding freely or just continuing out of momentum.
When to Involve Someone Else
If gambling stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling like something you are doing to fix a mood, a loss or a shortage of money, that is the point to bring in another person rather than handle it alone. A friend, a family member or one of the independent organisations linked on this page can see the pattern from outside more clearly than you can from inside it. Acting early, before spending has grown or debts have built up, keeps the options open; waiting tends to narrow them. This page cannot track your play or flag a pattern for you, so the decision to look at your own habits and to ask for a second opinion has to come from you.
No Tracking of Individual Readers
This site collects a small amount of visit data — page path, event type, referring search engine and the text of a clicked outbound button — and only to count page views and outbound clicks, only when a visitor arrives from a search engine. It sets no cookie and no persistent identifier, keeps no personal data, and does not share visitor data with advertising networks or outside analytics services. Nothing here is aimed at a reader because of anything they have done elsewhere; there is no profiling network on these pages to do that.
